Carole Wilkinson was born in Nottingham, where she raised four children and now surrounds herself with wonderful grandchildren. Her nurturing nature has led her to pursue a career as a nursery practitioner, where she regales the children with many tales, both old and new. Having a love for writing she went on to study BA Creative and Professional Writing at the University of Nottingham and has since self-published a middle-grade fantasy novel, with many more stories being put to paper. She is proud to have had her short stories published in an e-book, for a couple of charities and aims to produce more in the future.
