Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024 dates have been officially announced. The next edition of the largest international book trade fair for publishing experts and culture enthusiasts will be held at Messe Frankfurt from 16 to 20 October 2024. Frankfurt Book Fair 2024 will bring together participants worldwide in one place, where they can discover and create new perspectives for the future of the book publishing industry. The hybrid exhibition will facilitate and enhance business networking, connecting people worldwide.

Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024 will continue the tradition of hosting a new country as the Guest of Honour. The following book trade show edition will invite Italy as the Guest of Honour, highlighting the country’s rich culture and literature. Participants are excited about the upcoming numerous Italian literary discoveries and diverse programme featuring art, music, film, theatre, performances and more.

Frankfurt Book Fair 2024 will present a diverse hybrid expo programme for national and international book retailers, publishers, and literature lovers. The trade fair will host various pavilions, educational sessions and book premieres by well-renowned authors.
